We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is energetic, curious, creative and genuinely enjoys talking to people, interacting with clients and keeping up with what’s new in the digital world.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to post content, but wants to learn, experiment, communicate, take initiative and contribute ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare and manage monthly content calendars for clients and internal brands.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements, ideas, feedback and expectations.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the internal creative team.
- Work closely with our creative, design and video teams to get content executed on time.
- Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags and basic community management.
- Come up with creative content ideas, campaign concepts and social media strategies.
- Stay updated with new social media trends, formats, reels, content styles and platform updates.
- Have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Meta Ads.
- Track social media performance and assist in preparing monthly reports.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure that tasks, timelines and deliverables are followed through.

- Can confidently understand and communicate client requirements.
- Has good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Can manage multiple tasks and accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Has a basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Is curious about the digital space and constantly looks for ways to learn and improve.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content or Client Servicing.

Freshers may also be considered if they demonstrate exceptional communication skills, creativity, confidence and a strong understanding of social media.

Job Details

Position: Social Media Executive

Location: Nagpur

Employment Type: Full time | On-site

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Sunday: Weekly Off

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (in-hand)
