NThis is an Individual Contributor role for a commercially robust professional with proven experience in the Interior Design / Home Interiors industry. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Drive business development and revenue growth for the Bangalore market. N Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into interior design projects. N Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure. N Conduct client meetingsand understand customer requirements. N Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and prospective clients. N Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handover. N Prepare, present, negotiate, and close commercial proposals. N Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets. N Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to improve conversions. N Track sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics. N Handle commercial negotiations and ensure profitable closures.



N Contribute to business growth initiatives and market expansion. NnWhat We're LookingFor Nn 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales. N Mandatory experience inInterior Design / Home Interiors. N Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. N Strong experience in lead conversion and client acquisition. N Excellent negotiation and closing skills. N Strong understanding ofthe home interiors / interior design sales cycle. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. N Strong commercial acumen and relationship-management skills. N Ability to work independently and take ownership of business targets. N Bangalore-based candidates preferred. NnQualificationnBachelor's degree/diploma preferred. NA background in Interior Design or Architecture will be an added advantage, but relevant interior-industry sales experience is more important.
