Job Title: Delivery Lead Industry: Communication, Media & Technology (CMT) About the Role: We are seeking experienced Delivery Leads to drive large-scale technology transformation programs. The role requires technical background, combined with excellent program management and client-facing skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across multiple domains/accounts. Partner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps. Ensure delivery excellence, SLA adherence, and governance. Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and operational rigor. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and adoption of new technologies. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to scale solutions. Required Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in program/project management with strong delivery ownership. Mentor PMs and delivery leads. Drive competency development and team collaboration. Exposure to AI/ML solutions, GenAI applications, or intelligent automation. Understanding of up-to-date AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI adoption challenges. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Passion for technology transformation and ability to evangelize AI adoption. Preferred Qualifications: 15+ years of IT/delivery experience with technical background Certifications in RPA, AI/ML, GenAI, or project/program management (PMP/Prince2/Agile) are a plus.
