Manage the endtoend procurement process from purchase requisition to delivery Identify evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality price and delivery terms Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers Prepare and issue Purchase Orders POs and follow up on order status Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials products Maintain purchase records vendor details quotations POs invoices and related documents Coordinate with stores accounts and internal departments regarding material requirements Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases based on stock requirements Verify received materials against POs invoices and delivery documents Resolve issues related to quality quantity delays pricing and supplier discrepancies Develop and maintain solid vendor relationships and identify new suppliers Support costsaving initiatives and ensure procurement follows company policies
