We are urgently looking for an experienced GA4 Lead Analyst for a domestic requirement. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in web analytics, GA4, Universal Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, dashboard development and experimentation.

- Shift Timing: 3:30 PM–12:30 AM
- CTC: Up to ₹28 LPA
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities

- Lead web and digital analytics initiatives using GA4 and Universal Analytics.
- Analyse website and customer-journey data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets using SQL and BigQuery.
- Design and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
- Define KPIs and build scalable reporting and measurement frameworks.
- Conduct A/B tests, validate hypotheses and analyse experiment results.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across analytics reports and data sources.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering and business teams.




- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and ensure the timely delivery of analytics projects.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Universal Analytics.
- Advanced SQL and BigQuery experience.
- Dashboard development using Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of web analytics, customer journeys, funnels and conversion tracking.
- Ability to identify trends and convert findings into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Prior experience leading analytics projects or teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Google Tag Manager and event-tracking frameworks.
- Understanding of hypothesis testing and regression fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and analysing results.
- Exposure to e-commerce, product or digital marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of data validation, governance and analytics implementation.
