Job Title: SAP ABAP Technical Lead

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

• 8–10 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant/Lead in Implementation and Support projects and migration projects.

• Strong expertise in ABAP development including Reports, ALV, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements, Forms, and Interfaces

• Experience working on S/4HANA, OData, CDS Views, and performance optimization is preferred

• Responsible for managing and leading technical teams

• Mandatory experience in ABAP Performance Tuning and Optimization

• Conduct regular code reviews, quality checks, and ensure best practices are followed

• Ability to mentor, guide, and groom team members

• Experience in handling technical design, development, and delivery

• Good understanding of SAP functional modules like SD, MM, Finance, or Vistex

• Exposure to testing processes and supporting testing activities

• Ability to work in different time zones and collaborate with global teams

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
