About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT Sales / SDR professional to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT/software sales or SDR activities, excellent communication skills, robust client management abilities, and a proactive approach toward follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct effective client conversations and arrange discovery meetings/demos.
- Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales/Product team for product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and meeting targets.
- Convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
Required Skills
- IT Sales / SDR experience is preferred and candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
