About the role

We're a lean, fast-moving startup building consumer mobile apps across matrimonial, health, and dating verticals. We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own and scale our Google Ads channels, drive quality installs and in-app conversions, and squeeze maximum efficiency from every rupee spent.

What you'll do

- Plan, launch, and optimize App campaigns (UAC/AC) across Google Ads to hit install/purchase volume and CPI/CPA targets
- Own budget allocation, bidding strategy (tCPA, tROAS, maximize conversions), and daily performance monitoring
- Drive down cost-per-install and cost-per-quality-user while scaling spend profitably
- Set up and optimize conversion tracking, deep events, and value-based bidding
- Run creative testing at scale — feed the algorithm fresh video, image, and text assets and iterate on winners
- Analyze funnel performance from install → activation → retention → monetization, and feed insights back into targeting and creative
- Report on key metrics and make data-backed scaling decisions

Must-have skills





- Google Ads (App campaigns / UAC), Google Ads Editor
- Mobile app performance marketing (iOS + Android)
- Conversion tracking & event optimization (Firebase, Google Analytics 4)
- Bidding strategies: tCPA, tROAS, maximize conversions
- Strong analytics — Excel/Sheets, cohort and funnel analysis
- Creative brief writing and creative-performance testing

Good-to-have

- ASO fundamentals
- MMP experience — AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch
- SKAN / iOS 14+ measurement
- Experience with vernacular / Tier 2+ India audiences
- SQL or dashboarding (Looker Studio, etc.)
