Role Responsibilities
- Lead SAP ABAP development and technical activities across implementation and support projects.
- Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot ABAP solutions.
- Lead ECC to S/4HANA migration and related custom-code activities.
- Perform performance analysis and tuning of ABAP programs.
- Conduct regular technical and code reviews.
- Manage, mentor, and groom the technical team.
- Coordinate with functional teams such as SD, MM, FI, and Vistex.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production issues.
- Ensure technical quality, coding standards, and project delivery.
