This role offers an opportunity to work in the Automotive Domain, focusing on Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) analysis. You will contribute significantly to ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction by addressing NVH concerns during the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis for automotive components and systems.
- Utilize NASTRAN or OptiStruct (Sol103, Sol111) for simulation and analysis tasks.
- Conduct pre-processing activities using HyperMesh, ensuring accurate and effective model preparation.
- Work on NVH trims,
focusing on reducing noise and vibration through effective design and simulation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of NVH solutions into overall vehicle design.
- Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimized solutions for NVH performance.
- Document and present analysis findings, technical reports, and recommendations effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with NASTRAN or OptiStruct (Sol103, Sol111) tools.
- Proficiency in HyperMesh (Pre-Processing) for accurate simulation model preparation.
- Strong understanding of NVH trims and their impact on vehicle performance.
- Prior experience in the Automotive Domain is essential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
