We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and follow up with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Maintain a positive and qualified approach while communicating with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
