We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure interior work is completed according to the required quality, design, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior work at the site.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work.
- Manage workers and assign daily tasks.
- Check materials delivered to the site and ensure proper usage.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the project team.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure the site is maintained safely and properly.




- Provide regular updates on work progress to the management.
- Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, flooring, and furniture installation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
- Basic understanding of interior drawings and measurements.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work under deadlines.
