Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Jammu

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Industry: In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) / Medical Devices

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

* Promote and sell IVD instruments, reagents, and diagnostic solutions to hospitals, diagnostic labs, blood banks, and healthcare institutions.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with pathologists, laboratory owners, purchase departments, and key decision-makers.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market penetration.

* Manage distributors and channel partners to drive primary and secondary sales.

* Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training programs.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.

* Coordinate with service, application, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and regular MIS reports.

* Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
