We are looking for a Direct Walk-in HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Conducting initial phone interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participating in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
