About the Role

PS Collaborations is looking for a result-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Operations to manage sales activities, coordinate with dealers and distributors, support trade promotions, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, coordination, analytical, and relationship-management skills with relevant experience in sales operations, trade promotion, FMCG, retail, or distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales and operational activities.
- Track sales targets, achievements, and business performance.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Handle sales orders, inventory, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
- Execute trade promotions, schemes, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Monitor promotional performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and internal teams.
- Follow up on orders,



payments, and pending requirements.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales and distribution operations.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management.
- Knowledge of trade promotions and sales schemes.
- Good MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Trade Promotion, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience handling dealers, distributors, retailers, or channel partners preferred.
- Candidates from roles such as Trade Promotion Executive, Sales Operations Executive, Sales Coordinator, Territory Sales Executive, or Senior Executive – Sales & Operations can apply.
