- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with using chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to handle multiple chats and prioritize tasks effectively.
