Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management

- Develop, manage, and publish video and reel content that engages audiences and builds brand visibility.

Trend Analysis & Growth Strategy

- Monitor digital marketing trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to drive continuous growth and engagement.

SEO Strategy & Execution

- Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost domain authority.

Paid Advertising Management

- Design, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to generate high-quality leads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all campaigns and platforms.

Performance Management & Analytics

- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and adjust strategies to improve results.

AI-Enhanced Marketing

- Identify and utilize AI tools for content creation, automation, analytics, and optimization to improve workflow and outcomes.

Qualifications





Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

Proficient in SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)

Experience with video and reel content creation

Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools and automation platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with additional ad platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads

Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing

Exposure to influencer marketing or affiliate strategies
