ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Odoo applications and modules.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of Odoo applications.
- Lead and manage a team of Odoo Developers, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated on Odoo best practices and current features.
- Participate in project planning and estimation.
- Act as a point of contact between the development team and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high development standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.




- Strong expertise in Odoo development and customization.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of database design and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems and integrations.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- 06 Months - 2 Years of proven experience in Odoo Development.
- In-depth knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework (Latest Version).
- Previous experience within an Odoo development environment.
