Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms.
- Assess clients needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Handle negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and transparent dealings.
- Display and market real properties to prospective buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Stay knowledgeable about real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Job Specification
- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- 6+ months of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
