Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with recent clients within assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise between customers and the company to provide updates on services, pricing, and new product launches.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through multiple market channels.
- Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up.
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily operations, including strategy development to improve sales, handling customer complaints, and recruitment support.
- Delegate tasks to sales staff in the absence of the Sales Manager.
- Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff and monitoring team performance.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Perform all duties of the Sales Manager during absence or emergency.
