- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement assembly plans, manage manpower effectively, and handle rejections efficiently.
- Implement Kaizen initiatives on the shop floor to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with PQR (Pressure Regulating System) standards during fabrication processes.
- Manage daily production planning, including WPS (Workplace Safety Standards) adherence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline.
- Solid understanding of Assembly Planning, Fabrication, Oil & Gas industry practices.
- Proficiency in Shop Floor Management, 5S System implementation.
