The Technical Escalations Operations Engineer will be vital in collaborating with the Client Operations, Product, and Core Development Teams in Engineering. This role involves continuous monitoring of the JIRA Queue for incoming Service Requests, Bugs, Troubleshooting issues, or Raw Data Requests while maintaining response and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The primary goal is to acquire deep product knowledge, enabling swift issue resolution and effective communication with the Engineering team and CS. Solid communication skills are essential for seamless information propagation.

Technical Skills Required:

- Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role.
- Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and PHP,



with a preference for familiarity with Core Java and JavaScript, as well as Node.js would be preferred
- Database and Scripting: Proficiency in SQL is essential, and the basics of Unix Shell Scripting would be advantageous
- Big Data: Knowledge of Big Data concepts is preferred

Experience: This role is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for freshers.
