- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 3-5 years old, incorporating Montessori methods.
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
- Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in teaching pre-primary education (preschool or nursery).
- Solid knowledge of Montessori methodology and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced day care setting.
