Responsibilities:

- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Install/configure software, Antivirus, and hardware
- Laptop preparation for end users
- Hands-on experience with different operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Mac
- Expertise in administering Linux servers in a virtualized environment (KVM)
- Antivirus server administration skills
- Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions such as Kandji, JAMF, Intune, and Kaseya
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues in environments running various Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux, VMware, ESX, etc.
- General knowledge of Networking concepts and basic Storage concepts like RAID, SAN, NAS, iSCSI protocol
- Strong analytical/logical troubleshooting for resolving hardware issues
- Knowledge of different operating system log files supported on servers (Windows, Linux, VMware)
- Mandatory experience with physical servers
- Basic knowledge of Shell scripting and Windows PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with video conferencing devices and managing organizational events
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Effectively interface with remote teams




- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all resources for global users
- Coordinate with different vendors regarding any service/support for internal IT
- Willing to work in a 24/7 work setting
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Must have worked with a ticketing tool

Work Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in System Administration

Education:

- MCA/B.E./Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, or Red Hat are a plus
