Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Communication

- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and project transparency.
- Coordinate customer meetings, proactively highlighting portfolio benefits and value-driven outcomes.
- Manage and update project information, ensuring stakeholders and purchased services are fully leveraged.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to initiate and drive project execution.

Tools & Documentation

- Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Jira to track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency.
- Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation.
- Ensure timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Risk & Escalation Management

- Monitor, manage, and mitigate risks and issues proactively, adapting strategies as needed.
- Effectively manage escalations and communications to achieve positive outcomes.
- Ensure change and expectation management to maintain project momentum.
