- Execute project management for recurring services/advisory customer engagements.
- Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations proactively.
- Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation (project plans, status reports, budget tracking, risk and issue logs).
- Assist engagement managers with scope management and change order processes.
- Provide accurate updates to customers and SailPoint management.
