- Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient CI/CD platform as code to meet established SLAs.
- Implement CI/CD processes for infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud infrastructure.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response processes.
- Monitor CI/CD system stability and performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure smooth production operations.
- Manage workflows to integrate developer-maintained automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Services to drive best practices and documented standards across the organization.
- Develop and continuously improve operational practices and procedures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CI/CD trends, cloud technologies, and operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with information security and regulatory standards such as ISO, SOX, and SSAE 16.
