- Work as a key member of the Infrastructure and Platform Services team supporting the Identity Security Cloud platform.
- Implement and operate global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure in collaboration with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide operational support for the platform.
- Implement and maintain operational security for SailPoint products, including securing containerized applications.
- Collaborate with developers to securely deploy new features and services into production.
- Develop and improve operational practices, procedures, and automation for infrastructure and security tasks.
- Proactively meet information security and compliance standards (ISO, SOC, SSAE 16, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and security issues in a 24x7 production workplace.
- Work with cybersecurity teams to meet SLAs for vulnerability and misconfiguration remediation.
- Own and execute security improvement projects, becoming a subject matter expert in operational security.
