- Provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program.
- Assess customer's current identity landscape and develop future identity roadmaps.
- Design and implement role-based access control and application onboarding programs.
- Ensure best practices for SailPoint products are followed throughout project delivery.
- Advise and guide junior resources on project implementation.
- Provide recommendations on custom tool development to meet complex business needs.
- Maintain healthy business relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with advisory service leads, program managers, and cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and strategic direction.
- Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps.
- Recommend improvements for SaaS product consumption.
- Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports (if any).
