Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and improve end-to-end reliability and maintainability of SailPoint SaaS services.
- Coach engineering teams on observability best practices and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Lead post-incident reviews and define effective preventive actions.
- Collaborate with developers to increase system reliability through short-term embedding programs.
- Enable engineering teams to scale operations via guidance, best practices, and SRE Center of Excellence initiatives.
- Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operations and enhance performance.
- Mentor peers on design reviews, code quality, automation, observability, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems.
- Influence architectural design, simplification, and consolidation for global-scale operations.
- Drive operational excellence to deliver frictionless operations, optimal customer experience, and effective on-call management.
