Key Responsibilities

- Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for our generic portfolio.
- Lead & Mentor: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of medical representatives and area managers.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, secure formulary inclusions, and expand distribution networks.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Stockists, distributors, pharmacies, hospital procurement teams.
- Strategy & Analysis: Analyze regional market trends, track competitor activity, and execute targeted sales strategies.

Ensure all regional sales activities strictly adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a regional/team leadership role specifically within Generic Pharma.
- Network: Strong established relationships with regional distributors, stockists, and retail pharmacy chains.
