As a Laboratory Report Processor I at ICON, you will be responsible for processing and manage laboratory reports to ensure timely and accurate communication of results for clinical research studies. **What You Will Do:** You will take responsibility for clinical laboratory operations deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: + Processing laboratory reports, ensuring accurate entry and formatting in accordance with established protocols and quality standards. + Reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy before final distribution to stakeholders. + Collaborating with laboratory staff to gather necessary data and resolve any discrepancies in report content. + Maintaining organized records of report submissions, tracking their status and ensuring timely follow-up as needed. + Assisting in the continuous improvement of report processing procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. **Your Profile:** You will bring relevant clinical laboratory operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: + Bachelor's degree in a Medical Lab Technology or in a relevant field such as life sciences, laboratory technology, or business administration. + 2-3 years of experience in report processing, data management,



or a related role, preferably within a laboratory or clinical research setting. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. + Good communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with team members and stakeholders. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus. + Willingness to travel as required (approximately 1%) **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
