Job Description We are seeking a Senior Workday Financials & Integrations Consultant to support and enhance our Workday Financial Management platform. This individual will serve as a functional and technical SME responsible for production support, configuration, financial reporting, integrations, business process improvements, and stakeholder engagement across Finance and IT organizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Workday Financials, managing ticket queues, leading enhancement initiatives, supporting Workday releases, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Production Support & Operations - Manage the full lifecycle of Workday Financials support tickets, including triage, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, testing, and deployment. - Respond to user inquiries and production issues while meeting defined SLA commitments. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization. - Coordinate and communicate issue resolution with business stakeholders and technical teams. Functional Configuration & Solution Design - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials configurations and functional designs. - Configure and maintain Workday Financial Management business processes, workflows, validations, security, and reporting. - Recommend Workday best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Support implementation of enhancements and new functionality across Finance processes. Workday Integrations & Reporting - Support and maintain Workday Finance integrations and data interfaces. - Troubleshoot integration failures and data-related issues.



- Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. - Ensure reporting solutions support business and regulatory requirements. Project & Release Management - Independently manage project deliverables and assigned workstreams. - Assign and coordinate tasks across team members based on skills and development goals. - Ensure accurate delivery of project milestones and documentation. - Lead impact assessments, testing, and deployment activities for bi-annual Workday releases. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Financials and Integrations. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and support team members. - Facilitate client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and status updates. - Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Skills and Requirements - Experience in Workday Production Support and full support lifecycle of Tickets handling, addressing queries, meeting SLA's, deploying configurations - Solid understanding of Workday Finance Integrations best practices, business processes, and reporting (calculated fields are a plus). - Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. - Independently manage project tasks based on skills, experience, and growth areas. - Ensure accurate deliverables and timely task completion - Act as an SME to provide required guidance to the team members in need - Analyze client requirements for Workday Financial Management and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions. - Configure and test Workday business processes in partnership with onsite and cross-functional teams - Contribute to delivery of effective Workday solutions by coordinating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and supporting quality outcomes - Handled Bi-Annual Workday releases - Workday Financials Certification
