**Role Overview :** We are seeking a Consultant II to lead and support implementation of FIS Dolphin Investor Services solutions including Investor Services Manager (ISM), Lifecycle Manager (LCM), Workflow Process Manager (WFPM) and Investor Services Portal. The role requires a blend of consulting, business analysis, solution design, regulatory compliance knowledge and client-facing delivery expertise. **Core Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end implementation activities across client environments. - Conduct workshops and translate business operating models into system configuration and workflow designs. - Design onboarding, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS and investor servicing workflows. - Coordinate integrations, data migration and reconciliation activities. - Manage testing, deployment readiness and go-live planning. - Act as escalation point for delivery issues and stakeholder concerns. **Required Qualifications** Experience: 3-5 Years - Experience with ISM, LCM,



WFPM and Investor Services Portal. - Knowledge of investor onboarding, transfer agency and fund administration. - Understanding of AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS regulations. - Experience with REST APIs, workflow orchestration and integration patterns. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. **Preferred Attributes** Strong client-facing approach, consulting mindset, delivery governance awareness, documentation discipline and ability to work across multiple stakeholders and projects Cognizant is an equal prospect employer.
