About the Role

As a Senior Practice Manager - Data, you'll get to:

- Help customers leverage their existing data resources, implementing new technologies and tooling to enable robust data science and data analytics capabilities.
- Track the performance of our resources and related capabilities, ensuring optimal delivery and efficiency.
- Mentor and manage other data engineers,



guiding them in data engineering best practices and fostering their growth.
- Continuously evolve and scale our data capabilities in line with business growth and our customers evolving needs.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Senior Practice Manager with:

- A total of 16+ years of relevant experience in the data domain.
- Extensive experience in Data Warehousing and an excellent command of SQL, data modeling, and ETL development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Azure services, specifically Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks.
- Experience with MSBI (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), Data Warehousing, and robust skills in writing queries and stored procedures.
- Proficiency in using Power BI, MDX, DAX, MDS, and DQS.
- Experience developing designs related to Predictive Analytics models and the ability to handle performance improvement tasks, including data archiving.
- Proficient in the relevant provisioning of Azure resources, forecasting hardware usage, and managing projects within budget constraints.
