Insight Direct India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant II - Intune to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering on our customers vision through robust process management, development, and lifecycle strategies. You'll work directly with stakeholders and team members, defining, designing, and delivering actionable insights in an agile environment, with a strong focus on Intune and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

As a Consultant II, you will get to:

- Leverage your 5+ years of experience on Intune to lead and deliver innovative solutions.
- Contribute to running our Modern Workplace practice and continuously develop our Microsoft 365 capability.
- Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including Intune deployment, SCCM, and other MDM solutions.
- Document relevant technical information, including site schematics, system problems, problem resolution, and knowledge base content.
- Provide technical training to customers for both systems administration and end-user proficiency.
- Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility.




- Be highly proactive and committed to project success and client satisfaction.
- (Good to have) Contribute to Solutions Architecture Design.
- Work with one or several technologies from the M365 stack, such as EMS+Security, Intune, and Windows 10.

- Application packaging
- SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Co-management strategies
- Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On

Good to have:

- AirWatch (VMware Workspace ONE)
- Experience with Office 365
- Certifications: MS-100, MS-101, MD-102
