- Create and validate designs for complex problems and workflows through sketches, prototypes, and testing.
- Design simple and intuitive user interface keeping in mind the gestalt principles.
- Define user journey, do competitive analysis and explore data points to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product and Engineering teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Plan your tasks and predict timeline of assigned projects.
- Provide feedback for Keka Design System and Design Patterns while using them in your projects.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
- Keep learning about the domain, so that you bring innovation.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 year of experience in product design roles with product orgs
- Experience owning the end-to-end design for a complex feature/product and building for 0-1
- Worked in and enjoys fast paced start-up environment.
- Rapid with Figma skills
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing knowledge in user experience, interaction, and visual/user interface design
- Given some direction, can do user and competition research
- Can ask the right questions and understand the user problems. Has the ability to think like a user and form hypothesis based on situation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
