Responsibilities will include: -

Empathizing with the user:

- As a quality assurance Lead, you will ensure that user needs are met in the most optimal manner
- You will collaborate with design, product and development teams to advocate for the user goals
- You will actively seek feedback on how our users experience keka products and develop an understanding of user needs in features and experiences
- You will communicate this understanding internally and champion the users cause

Problem Solving:

- Proactively identify and analyse complex technical challenges related to software quality and relevant business deliveries.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve testing processes and efficiency.
- Analyse test results, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.





Test Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including test execution, defect management, and release management.

People Management :

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of QA engineers.
- Foster a cooperative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.
- Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership
