Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Immigration Sales Consultant to advise prospective clients on immigration and visa opportunities, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, consultative selling, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and generate new client opportunities.
- Understand clients immigration, visa, and relocation requirements.
- Conduct consultations and explain suitable immigration pathways.
- Provide accurate information about eligibility, documentation, processes, timelines, and fees.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into paid clients and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, consultations, and conversions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Coordinate with immigration/legal processing teams for smooth client handover.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, visa categories, and market trends.
- Handle client objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Participate in campaigns, webinars, seminars, and other lead-generation activities.

Requirements

- 5–11 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
