- Collaborate with business teams to execute core HRBP functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee and support the comprehensive employee lifecycle, ensuring streamlined processes, regulatory compliance, and meticulous documentation.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, one-on-one connection programs, and Rewards & Recognition activities to enhance morale and improve retention rates.
- Conduct thorough analysis of employee data to provide actionable insights for improving organizational health, engagement levels, and overall employee satisfaction.
- Facilitate performance management cycles and foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.




- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and grievance handling with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Contribute to HR process enhancements, automation initiatives, and communication efforts utilizing tools such as Canva and HRMS platforms.
