Senior Data Analyst

Location: Chennai

Shift: 3PM-12AM (Both ways cab)

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Job Summary:

This role provides an opportunity to work in a energetic environment, delivering quality solutions to global customers. The candidate should have strong data analytics expertise, including Power BI, ServiceNow, Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL. Responsibilities include developing and managing BI solutions, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring effective communication of data-driven strategies.

Experience Required:

- 9–12 years in Data Analytics and Power BI dashboard development.
- Collect, analyze, and validate ITSM data to support decision-making.
- Gather data from tools like ServiceNow and Power BI, perform data validation and cleansing.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.




- Use Python and SQL for ETL tasks and data extraction.
- Maintain and optimize Power BI solutions.
- Implement scalable BI reporting solutions.
- Integrate Power BI with other tools and develop Power Apps.
- Stay updated with BI technology trends.
- Drive improvement in ITSM data quality and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as Power BI Developer or similar role (2–5 years in Reports/Dashboards Development and Power Apps).
- Experience in data modeling and ETL (MSBI / Alteryx / MS Fabric).
- Experience in Data Engineering with cloud platforms (MS Fabric, Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Reports and Dashboard development is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects.
