What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities:

Patient Registration & Documentation

- Coordinate the registration of new patients at the front desk.
- Collect and verify all required demographic details (e.g., name, address, contact number, source of visit).
- Prepare patient files, OPD cards, and generate a UHID (Unique Hospital Identification Number).

Patient Assistance & Coordination

- Guide and direct patients through the registration, consultation, diagnostic, and billing processes.
- Assist patients in locating departments, doctors, and service areas within the hospital.
- Answer patient queries regarding doctor availability, consultation schedules, and hospital services.

Administrative & Front Desk Support

- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Handle patient admissions and billing processes in the absence of the assigned staff.
- Maintain smooth front office operations during shift changes or staff absences.

Customer Service & Complaint Handling





- Attend to visitors and address queries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Prioritize emergency cases and coordinate promptly with consultants and concerned departments.
- Ensure a welcoming and respectful workplace for all patients and visitors.

Confidentiality & Documentation

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental records and documentation.
- Handle all communication and information regarding patients, staff, and the hospital with strict confidentiality.

Quality & Compliance

- Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities as directed.
- Support and engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.

Other Duties

- Perform any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned from time to time based on operational needs or emergencies.
