The role of an Innovation Planning Manager is to ensure landing of innovations on time in full. The lead must be the supply chain face for holding the network together for the category and collaborate continuously with customer marketing, planning, and R&D; teams. In-depth understanding is critical for the landing of projects along with stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the innovation and renovation networks as per the Innoflex process of Unilever
• Well versed with Project Management processes and software like MS Projects
• Hold individuals of the network team accountable for their responsibilities and timely execution
• Effective stakeholder management for smooth network/project execution
• Understand the supply chain end-to-end for better understanding of constraints in the network

Experience Requirement
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, or other supply chain verticals
Educational Qualification
• Graduate in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Management
