- Execution Management for all MEP T Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Technology BMS Access Control CCTV Audio Visual works for recent projects and retrofits in owned leased buildings
- Manage execution of HVAC System Electrical System Plumbing and Fire Systems BMS System Access Control System CCTV Security system for commercial buildings
- Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design
- Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub systems in commercial buildings
- Quality and Cost Management during execution
- Safety Management in execution
- Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects
- Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications
- Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines
- Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
- Manage other Infrastructure related works
