Our Sales Executives are the frontline drivers of market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility—working directly with retail outlets, distributors, and regional stores to fuel growth and build loyalty. Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily field sales activities including outlet visits, product demos, and stock inventory checks across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers, retail managers, and distributor reps to drive repeat sales and upsell opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by understanding customer needs and tailoring pitch strategies.
- Collect and report real-time market intelligence including competitor pricing, promotions, and shelf visibility.
- Coordinate with internal sales managers for timely order placement, delivery confirmation,
and issue resolution.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and product knowledge refreshers to stay updated on brand positioning and promotions.
