We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong expertise in Process Manufacturing and SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will be responsible for SAP PP configuration, production planning processes, implementation/support, and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP PP processes for process manufacturing.
- Manage SOP, MRP, LTP, and CRP processes.
- Work on BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
- Handle SAP PP integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support activities.
- Understand business requirements and perform business process mapping.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare functional documentation and support testing activities.
Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of SAP PP experience
- Process Manufacturing – Mandatory
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Production Planning: SOP / MRP / LTP / CRP
- BOM / Routing / Work Centers / Production Orders
- SAP PP Configuration
- Integration with MM / SD / QM
- Implementation and production support experience
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.
