Job Title: Senior Import Export Manager (EXIM)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Import Export Manager (EXIM) to manage end-to-end import and export operations, with a strong focus on documentation, DGFT compliances, customs procedures, logistics coordination, and international trade regulations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling export-import documentation, customs clearance, DGFT advantages, freight coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Documentation

- Prepare and verify export/import documents.
- Handle Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, LUT, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for international shipments.

DGFT & Regulatory Compliance

- Manage DGFT-related activities including IEC, Advance Authorization, EPCG, RoDTEP, and other export incentive schemes.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations and government policies.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for approvals and renewals.

Customs & Clearance

- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance.
- Monitor customs documentation and compliance requirements.




- Resolve customs-related issues and shipment delays.

Logistics & Freight Management

- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and CHA.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Optimize freight and logistics costs.

Banking & Trade Finance

- Coordinate with banks for LC, BG, export documentation, and remittances.
- Handle export payment tracking and compliance.

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain shipment records and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports related to imports, exports, logistics costs, and compliance status.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Export-Import Management preferred.
- 7–15+ years of experience in Import-Export operations.
- Strong knowledge of DGFT, Customs, EXIM documentation, and logistics.
