About the Opportunity
Vizva Consultancy Services operates at the intersection of B2B sales acceleration and enterprise growth strategy, empowering SaaS, fintech, and tech-enabled service firms across India to scale revenue through high-intent pipeline building. We specialize in designing and executing data-driven lead generation engines—from cold outreach to warm handoffs—that convert into qualified sales opportunities for our clients. This role sits at the core of our client success team, directly influencing revenue velocity for high-growth startups and mid-market firms. Role & Responsibilities

- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to target decision-makers in B2B tech, SaaS, and fintech verticals.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Lusha, and Clearbit—ensuring data hygiene and targeting precision.
- Personalize outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn InMail, call scripts) tailored to ICPs, with A/B testing to optimize conversion rates.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign KPIs including open rates,



response rates, meeting bookings, and SQL conversion—using HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead gen strategy with sales enablement and GTM motion.
- Stay ahead of lead gen trends, Cold Email/LinkedIn best practices, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) to ensure scalable, ethical outreach.
