Hi Job Summary We are looking for an Inside Sales Telesales Executive to engage with customers through inbound phone and chat interactions understand their requirements identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable Microsoft hardware and software solutions The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills experience in customerfacing sales or telesales and the ability to understand customer needs handle objections and successfully convert opportunities into sales Key Responsibilities Handle inbound phone calls and chat interactions professionally and collaboratively Understand customer requirements quickly and identify potential sales opportunities Recommend appropriate Microsoft hardware and software products based on customer needs Explain product features benefits pricing and value propositions to customers Handle customer questions and overcome sales objections effectively Build customer trust and establish strong trustedadvisor relationships Convert qualified leads and customer interactions into successful sales Schedule and conduct followups based on customer purchase intent Agree on clear next steps with customers and maintain timely followup Capture Voice of Customer VOC and Voice of Business VOB feedback Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM sales tools Stay updated on Microsoft products hardware software solutions and key competitors Required Skills Experience 2 years of experience in Sales Telesales Inside Sales is preferred Experience in consumerfacing B2C sales is an advantage Experience in inbound or outbound sales telesales telecalling or contactcenter sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Valuable customerhandling and relationshipbuilding skills Strong ability to ask probing questions identify customer needs handle objections and close sales Good typing and computer skills approximately 55 WPM in English or equivalent Good understanding of CRM systems sales applications and customermanagement tools Basic understanding of Microsoft products software hardware and competing solutions Native or nearnative proficiency in the required language along with good market and cultural awareness Contact Veerahidden mobile
