About the Role This role is for a strong Business Analyst who also brings handson practical experience in at least one of the following Salesforce Administration Salesforce Configuration or Salesforce Development Candidates may come from different Salesforce backgrounds what matters is a genuine combination of BA skills with real handson platform experience not just requirement documentation Key Responsibilities Core BA Responsibilities Gather analyze and document business requirements translate them into functional Salesforce specifications BRD FRD Write user stories with transparent acceptance criteria Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement discovery sessions Coordinate UAT defect triage and business signoff activities Support sprint planning backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams HandsOn Responsibilities based on candidates area of strength Admin Configuration or Development Administration Manage users roles profiles permission sets and the security model support data management imports exports and reports dashboards Configuration Build and maintain Flows Validation Rules Approval Processes Assignment Rules custom objects fields and record types Development Read write basic Apex work with SOQL queries support Lightning Web Components LWC and assist with technical feasibility assessments Collaborate with the broader technical team on implementation and integration requirements MustHave Skills 6 years of overall experience with strong Business Analyst experience on the Salesforce platform Strong BA fundamentals requirement gathering user stories stakeholder management process mapping documentation Handson practical experience in AT LEAST ONE of the following Salesforce Administration Salesforce Configuration or Salesforce Development Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and object relationships Experience in Agile Scrum delivery environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills GoodtoHave Skills Salesforce Certified Business Analyst ADM 201 Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certification Exposure to Sales Cloud and or Service Cloud implementations Experience with integrations REST SOAP APIs middleware MuleSoft or similar Familiarity with deployment tools Gearset Copado Flosum and sandboxtoproduction release cycles Exposure to Power BI Tableau or similar reporting tools
